About our lash extensions
Eyelash extensions are made using two different techniques. Chosen technique or mix of these depends on what kind of lash style is wanted. Generally classical eyelash extensions will give you more natural and stylish results, and volume bundles more striking fullness. Hybrid lashes are a combination of these styles. With hybrid the lash line is broken and looks more “spikey”.
When adding classic eyelash extensions only one extension is applied individually to one natural lash. When using volume lashes, we are adding 5-10 extensions on one. These volume lashes are however a bit thinner and more flexible than classical extensions. Regardless of the technique the maintenance interval is around 3-4 weeks when after-care instructions are followed.

To make your new lash extensions last even longer we recommend using regulary studio´s own Lash Shampoo.
We only use hypoallergenic and well tolerated glues to attach the eyelash extensions.
If extensions have been made elsewhere and there is a need to remove many of them in the beginning, extra charge mighty be debited (10-15 €).

About the treatment
Appointment is started by discussing first about your wishes regarding to the eyebrows. Brows are then drawn to confirm the desired shape. After carefull planning is done numbing cream is applied over the brows and the pigmentation of the strokes begins. We will ensure your comfort for the whole process.
Treatment time is typically several hours. Each stroke is pre-planned and marked before pigmentation. During the treatment you can just relax for example by listening your favourite audio book or music with ear buds.
Before leaving you will receive after-care instructions. To follow instructions carefully will give you the best results. Also we will book you appointment for the second treatment.
Second treatment is performed around a month later as the color typically decreases by 20-60 % after the first treatment. The purpose of second treatment is to finish color, shape and long lasting results.
The micropigmentation last 1-3 years. After this you can renew treatment.
Additional information
There is no need to make any preparation prior to the treatment but sunbathing and solarium are prohibited during 3 weeks before.
Respiratory infections (cough, runny nose, fever) or active cold sores prevent treatment. Please call us soon as possible if you do not feel healthy on a treatment day.
! If you have done eyebrow micropigmentation previously elsewhere you might need to remove these pigments first before we can perform the treatment. Also for example over microblading we won't do any kind of other pigmentations. This is our way to ensure the best possible quality of our brows.

HIFU LIFTING TREATMENT
We recommend a series of three treatments. The second treatment is performed three months after the first treatment. The third treatment in the series is scheduled 6–8 months after the second session.

The 90 minutes treatment includes a consultation, pre-cleansing, the treatment procedure, and the after-care instructions. During the treatment an ultrasound gel is applied to the skin, and then the targeted area is treated as planned. Treatment is finalized with double cleansing and leave-on mineral mask.
HIFU High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound
HIFU is a popular non-invasive beauty treatment primarily targeted towards individuals over 30 years old. It is widely used in various clinics around the world to tighten and lift the skin. The treatment can achieve a naturally rejuvenated and healthy appearance, making individuals look years younger. HIFU is an effective aid to complement any beauty routine. It can also be seamlessly combined with our other specialized skin treatments at the studio.
The treatment directly targets the deeper layers of the skin without significantly affecting the skin's surface. HIFU works by delivering targeted therapeutical thermal energy to the skin. Therefore the treatment stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in the treated areas, even affecting the deep SMAS tissue. However, the skin's natural regeneration takes time, so the results gradually become visible over the next few weeks and months.
HIFU is generally well-tolerated, and the risk of side effects is minimal when the treatment is performed responsibly. Additionally, the treatment's effectiveness the results last for several years.

The treatment is suitable for all skin types and can be done in all seasons.
HIFU treatment is commonly used to tighten the skin on the face and neck, but it can also be used on other areas of the body. The treatment is almost painless, although some may experience slight tingling and tolerable pain during the procedure.
The treatment works best for individuals age 30 to 65. This is because the skin has not yet lost its natural elasticity. However, individual treatment results may vary depending on factors such as overall skin condition and lifestyle choices.
HIFU achieves a temperature of up to 60–70 degrees Celsius in the dermis and SMAS layers of the skin. As a result, after the treatment, some tenderness, tingling, redness, or even swelling may occur in the treated area. In rare cases bruising may also be possible. The treated area may feel sensitive and tender for 1–3 weeks after the treatment, especially in the forehead and around the eyes.
! The treatment cannot be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you have a serious illness, you are using strong skin-sensitizing medications, you have an active skin disease or inflammation in the treatment area. Additionally, having a pacemaker or any metal in the facial area is a contraindication for the treatment. If botulinum toxin ("Botox") has been used, at least one month should have passed before receiving treatment in the same area. If there are dermal fillers in the face, treatment is not recommended in those areas."

The treatment includes pre-cleansing and exfoliation, microneedling with HA or A-vitamin and lastly moisturizer + LED light therapy. The duration of the treatment is around 45-60 minutes.
Microneedling (aka collagen induction therapy)
Microneedling is an effective facial that mechanically stimulates the skin's natural healing mechanisms. Microneedling revives the skin's own collagen and elastin fibers by using sterile 16 pin needling pen to create micro channels on the skin. At the same time, needling also enhances the skin's own production of hyaluronic acid. As a result of the treatment, the skin becomes younger and stronger. In addition, the moisture balance and tone of your skin improves.
Microneedling is a good option as an intensive treatment for anti-aging and dry skin. The treatment is also helpful against minor skin impurities, redness and UV damages. For the younger skin needling can be done as a refreshing treatment. If you have a thin and sensitive skin microneedling strengthens it by stimulating.
We recommend 3-6X serial treatment with 6-week treatment intervals, as well as maintenance treatment every 6-12 months. However, keep in mind that even a single needling visit refreshes and brings a glow to the skin. Results are shown on the skin gradually and best results after 9-12 months.
Microneedling does not hurt (too much). Mainly the treatment feels as a minor tingling or a slight heating sensation on the skin. But like always no pain, no gain! However, the end-results are rewarding! During needling we always use a safe needling depth of 0.2-1 mm.
Additional information
Microneedling is a popular fall-winter season treatment like chemical peels. This is namely because you need to protect your skin from UV-rays before and after these treatments.
After microneedling the skin is usually a bit red and may also look swollen. However, the redness and swelling will usually go down quickly. During the needling small local bleeding is possible. (Notice. Local redness and skin soreness might occur during the next days of the treatment. Light skin peeling is possible after a week.)
The skin must not be touched, or make-up applied for 6h after the treatment. The next day, you can go back to your normal skin-care routines. However, after microneedling sauna, sport, swimming, hot baths and alcohol should be avoided for a week. Direct sunbathing and solarium should be avoided for 1 month after the treatment.

Treatment includes preliminary cleansing, water-based peeling, pre-peeling toner and preparations, acid peeling and moisturizing.
About the treatment
All chemical peels accelerate skin regeneration, improve skin color errors and enhance overall look of your skin. Depending on the chosen acid different skin problems can be targeted a bit more accurate.
To get maxim results it is recommended to take multiple treatments and have a proper home skin-care routine between the treatments. During the treatment period peels are run 3-6 times every 2-4 weeks. A single treatment can be used to light-up or to re-activate and maintain beautiful skin once or twice a year.
GLYCOLIC ACID PEEL 70%
Glycolic acid is the smallest and the lightest alpha hydroxy acid (AHA, fruit acid) in terms of a molecular size. Therefore, glycolic acid is the best fruit acid to penetrates the skin's surface. Glycolic acid peeling is an excellent treatment for fighting against wrinkles, lines and photoaging. During the first treatments peeling-time can be adjusted to a bit shorter depending on the condition and tolerance of your skin. (Acid strength 70%)
LACTIC ACID PEEL 90 %
Lactic acid peel is used on fighting against uneven skin tone (dark spots, pigments). Treatment is also an excellent and intensive treatment for a dry and dull skin at wintertime. That is because lactic acid is helping to strengthen skin's own moisture balance. Treatment is suitable for all skin types. Also, for a dark and/or sensitive skin. (Acid strength 90%)
Additional information
After the treatment skin usually recovers quickly. The peeling effect is the strongest after 3-4 days. However, peeling is normally smooth and not noticeable when you remember to use moisturizer.
AHA acid peel sensitize skin lightly for sunlight. Therefore, it´s recommended to have peelings only between fall and spring, and not in summertime. Remember to use sunscreen when necessarily! Other home-care instructions can be read here. (Link)
! Acid peels are not suitable if the skin has inflammatory symptoms, or the skin is broken. Skin sensitizing drugs (like Roaccutan), or pregnancy are also contraindications to have the treatment.

During skinbooster -treatment hyaluronic acid and other skin-nourishing ingredients are applied to the skin by making superficial injections (1,5-2mm) with a meso-needle.
The treatment revitalizes and nourishes the skin, improves skin color and tone as well as erase fine lines and wrinkles. Injections will also activate your skin own natural regeneration process. Skinbooster is the perfect savior for a dry, cloudy and sagging skin!
Anesthetic cream is used during the treatment. The needle, however, itself is so small and short that many tolerate injections even without anesthetic.
In addition to used hyaluronic, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and peptides are used to get the best results. When other therapeutic agents are used at the same time treatment is also commonly referred to as mesotherapy.

Treatment is well endured because hyaluronic acid exists naturally in our skin.
After the treatment visible small papules, skin redness and some blood might be shown. Skin will cool down in a few hours and singular marks from the treatment will fade away in a few days. In a meanwhile these almost invisible marks can be hide with makeup. Bruises are rare.

About the treatment
Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) mimics natural hair follicles and is designed to “patch” your missing hair. The pigment dye is applied to the dermal layer of the scalp using a pigmentation device and a needle. Every “follicle” is created individually. Results resemble natural hair roots and creates the impression of real short hair. Under thinned hair scalp pigmentation increases the look of volume.
The size and color of the “follicles” are always chosen as close as possible to your own. The color used is a special color designed for the scalp. The final result is usually obtained with 2 to 3 sessions. Session length is usually 4-8 hours.
Commitment to treatment is important to get the best results. The required treatment intervals during the treatment period are 10-14 days between the first and second treatment, and 14-20 days between the second and third. Please, reserve time in your calendar well in advance.
